Since we carry various international brands, sizing may vary. We provide a comprehensive Size Conversion Chart (US, EU, UK, and CM) in the product images. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially for athletic footwear.

As a clearance-focused storefront, our inventory is often limited to the stock on hand. Most of our deals are "once they’re gone, they’re gone." We recommend purchasing your size immediately if you see it available, as we rarely restock the same model and colorway.

You can return shoes within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in "like-new" condition. This means they must be unworn (we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface) and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box itself as the shipping container; place it inside another box to avoid damage.

We offer flat-rate shipping for the first item and a significantly discounted rate for each additional item added to the same order. Your total shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout when you purchase multiple items from our storefront.

While the footwear itself is always inspected for quality, occasionally the original cardboard shoe box may show minor signs of wear from transit or warehouse handling. This does not affect the quality of the product inside. If the shoes themselves are damaged, please contact us immediately via the "Contact Seller" link.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. As a result, there is a very narrow window to cancel or change an order. If you need to make a change, please contact us via the marketplace messaging system as soon as possible. Once an order has reached the "Shipped" status, no further changes can be made.

As a discount and clearance storefront, our prices fluctuate based on current inventory and marketplace promotions. Because of this, we do not offer price matching or price adjustments after a purchase has been completed. The price you see at the time of checkout is the final price for that specific transaction.
