Care & Usage Instructions
To keep your new clothes and shoes looking their best, please follow these care instructions. Always check the specific care label sewn into your garment before washing.
1. CLOTHING CARE
- Cotton & Blends: Machine wash in cold or warm water with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat to prevent shrinkage.
- Denim: Wash inside out in cold water. Avoid frequent washing to preserve the indigo dye and fit. Hang dry or tumble dry low.
- Synthetics (Polyester, Nylon, Spandex): Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners on activewear as they block moisture-wicking properties. Air dry or tumble dry low.
- Knits & Sweaters: Hand wash or use the "Wool" cycle on your machine with cold water. Lay flat to dry. Hanging wet sweaters will cause them to stretch and lose shape.
2. FOOTWEAR CARE
- Leather: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Use a leather conditioner every few months to keep the material soft and prevent cracking.
- Suede: Do not use water. Use a suede brush to remove dirt and restore the nap. Apply a protective spray before wearing in wet conditions.
- Athletic Shoes: Remove laces and insoles. Hand wash with mild soap and water. Air dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
3. JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES
- Jewelry: Keep away from water, lotions, and perfumes to prevent tarnishing. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Handbags: Store in a dust bag when not in use. Stuff with tissue paper to help the bag maintain its shape.
4. LAUNDRY SYMBOLS DECODED
- Tub with Water: Machine Wash (dots indicate temperature: 1=Cold, 2=Warm, 3=Hot).
- Triangle: Bleach (Crossed out = Do Not Bleach).
