Buying shoes online can be intimidating. "What if they don't fit?" is the most common fear. But the secret to success is simple: ignore the size number (38, 40, 42) and look at the insole length in centimeters.
Here is a proven algorithm for measuring your foot at home:
Get a piece of paper (A4), a pencil, and a ruler.
Place your foot on the paper while wearing the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
Trace your foot, keeping the pencil strictly perpendicular to the floor (don't tilt it under the heel).
Measure the distance between the highest point of the toes and the edge of the heel.
Important tip: Always measure both feet and use the larger measurement. Add 0.5 cm to the result for summer shoes and 1–1.5 cm for winter boots to ensure comfort. Now compare this number with our size chart — and you’ll get the perfect pair!
