I hate to give it a 1 star because it could of just been a one time thing but i barely used the belt once or twice not at full capacity and for some reason the metal piece that goes in the hole on the belt that holds it in place just fell off it didnt bust off while using it fell off when i went to put it on. And i did not contact amazon because i did not have the time also i did not wear when i first bought for a week or so im sure they would have replaced it, but it was essentially a waste of money

I wrote the review below soon after receiving the belt. Four months later, the belt’s mechanism has locked up and cannot be turned. Oh well. Cheap belt. I just noticed that the buckle is hinged. Turn the buckle half way, as if you are changing belt color from brown to black, insert a screw driver between notches and pop open buckle. Trim leather to new length, close jaws. No more punching holes in the leather or cutting off the end of the belt to make it smaller!

Not top leather. Its several layers glued together, and the top layer puckers or wrinkles when you bend it. For the price I wasnt expecting the best quality, but this belt is inferior to other genuine leather belts I have owned for years. I wouldnt buy another.

I was going to use this belt to switch between brown and black as the occasion was required. However, everytime I attempt to change the color the leather falls out of the attachment. Seems that when you pull up on the belt it unlocked the teeth that are holding the leather in place. On top of this, the belt itself is already coming loose so I had to tighten it. This is just far to much trouble, its a belt, I shouldnt have to fight with it in the morning.

I bought this and still had breakouts from the allergy. Decided to get an allergy test to see which items was still making me break out. It was the belt. I did the test twice. See pics!! This is awful of them
