This is an inexpensive and unfortunately cheap belt. It looks like a thin leather outer layer and plastic inside. I had hoped for more. But you get what you pay for. Dont expect much and you will not be disappointed.

I found the inside of the belt is poor quality, and then I went to the store check several different model of real Columbia belts, neither of them are like that, even the one only 14.99 in Marshalls. Also, the label all come with the original price, which is not on this one I bought. I realized this too late, bc I bought this as a gift and did not take it out until 2 months later, when I can not return anymore. So Dont buy it is my only advice.

I am a woman who likes to wear chunky belts with jeans. I bought this in both tan and navy (which is hard to find). Its a little dressier in person than I thought it looked in the picture, but thats okay. It was also a bit stiff at first, but softened up with a few wearings. But OMG will you people learn how to size a belt?? Get out a belt that you know fits. Measure from where the leather is attached to the buckle down to the hole that you use. That is the size belt that you need. I wear size 28 Levis but needed a size 34 belt to wear with jeans that have a waistband that sit at my hip level, not at my waits.

Given this belt a 3 Star review, looks great will update later if it holds up. This is replacing my 10 year old belt. Looks like it is a simple stitch to hold the buckle.

The worst! Sizing is all wrong. Holes are off. Material is cheap. Exchanged the first one but returning the replacement for money back. These have to be knock offs or factory defects. Awful!
