This says in the description "100% other fibers" and the belt when it comes says "genuine leather lining... synthetic leather top". My mistake for not reading the description more closely, but I thought I was ordering a leather belt. I looked at so many that I think I was a little overwhelmed. Anyway, it looks good and it might be fine, but not what I was expecting. Ill post an update later if my opinion goes way up or down, but for now Im mildly disappointed.

Poor quality, and not as described. It looks like a cheap belt, and it feels like a cheap belt. It looks like mine will likely fail and break near the buckle as many other pictures depict, so Im just waiting for that to happen. You can feel and see how it already wants to break there - its definitely a design flaw IMO. Also, it isnt the 1 3/8" manly belt i wanted. I know its only 1/8", but at 1 1/4" wide that makes a big difference and makes this belt feel dainty compared to the thicker belts I have. This isnt what I ordered...

I just got my new belt and it looks good and smells fine. It’s leather so it smells like, hmm let me think… Leather! I ordered 2 sizes up from my pant size because of the reviews I’ve seen here. It would have been a better fit if I had ordered my pant size but it’s okay. I see what the other reviewers are talking about with the prong not coming out easy. I found that if you push the belt out instead of pulling, it comes out easy.

Seems like a good belt so far. Feels sturdy. The inside is a bit rough so you probably dont want to use this with pants that are made of a delicate fabric but for jeans and khakis it shouldnt be an issue. Not sure what the deal is with that sandpaper-like finish on the inside. So far Im happy with this purchase. If Im still happy in a few weeks I might buy another one but I read a few complaints that the belt didnt last that long so Ill have to see for myself.

This is an inexpensive and unfortunately cheap belt. It looks like a thin leather outer layer and plastic inside. I had hoped for more. But you get what you pay for. Dont expect much and you will not be disappointed.
