I ordered the wrong size, but that was my fault. The belt is well made and I ended up giving it to my son. The leather is real and the buckle is heavy duty and doesnt seem like it would break after a lot of use. I would buy it again--just in a larger size. Remember, dont buy the belt in the size of your waist (although that should be how it works IMO) but buy it several sizes larger.

The leather on the belt is nice and it looks built to last. This belt is differently a built for the working man. However the reason Im giving it 3 star is because the belt buckle is larger than your average buckle so when Im sitting down or driving it stabes into my stomic and its very uncomfortable. I wear a size 36 pant and purchased a size 38 belt and its a perfect fit. Great belt all in all just to big of a buckle.

I purchased this belt about a year ago looking for something durable to wear at work, where my belts are usually being subjected to abuse and pulled on and having things always clipped to them. I always wear equipment such as walkies and holsters on my belt. Other belts have peeled, simply come apart, or slowly disintegrated. Ive actually had belts that just seem to chip away. Very simply, this belt still looks and feels new. Really, theres not much evidence to show that its been abused in any way. Im pretty sure this belt is going to last quite a few more years, and then probably a few more after that. When a belt is this durable for only 15 bucks youd be a fool to pay anything more for anything else. No, its not made from crocodile skin and it wasnt made by a 10th generation Italian leather worker, but it doesnt need to be. Its a belt. A belt that will last you a lot longer than the belt youd spend $40 dollars for at the department store. A note to sizing, I ordered a 34 for a 31-32 waist. Its a perfect length, but I wouldnt plan on gaining any significant weight. Theres only a couple of notches you can use.

Who would have thought you could get excited over a belt? Not I, but this belt (my second in this style) continues to impress. It is strong and supple, the stitching and finish are top notch, and it looks and works like all belts should (but dont). Dont worry about my replacing the first one. . . I simply had to repurchase it in a smaller size, as I have shrunk a bit. When it came time to replace, I had no need (or desire) to consider any other belt model. I believe both belts will outlast me (the longer elder one now carries my six-gun). I have worn the first one just about daily since April (circa 8 months), and I treat it rough, but it continues to look and feel like new (not even a torn stitch on the trim lines). The buckle is rustic looking and tough. It is not suited for dress wear (it could barely pull off casual dress), but that is not why you buy a belt like this. You buy it to last and stand up to abuse, which this one does without complaint day after day. It is now my "Go To" belt, and the belt by which all other work belts will be measured. It was already a steal money-wise (and is even more so, given its toughness and longevity). My hats off to Dickies for a quality product at a reasonable price.

I bought this belt for its simple, rugged look. Its held up for half a year with no major wear. The leather appears to be good quality, especially for the price, and it hasnt stretched like some other belts Ive owned. I wear a size 33 jeans, but with vanity sizing my actual waist measurement is 36". The size 36 belt fits me with it buckled on the 2nd loosest hole. It appears to be about accurate to waist size, but not pants size. If you dont know your actual waist size, you can wrap a piece of string around your waist, grab it where the end meets up with it, lay it out against a tape measure, and voila, you have a waist measurement.
