I purchased two Mission belts and one buckle last year and have been wearing it exclusively since. Today, my Mission buckle fell apart due to two small pins falling out allowing the two sections to separate. I found one of the pins but the other was long gone. I contacted Mission about the issue, and I was treated with one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were concise with the instructions and prompt to review the issue. They even requested the identification markings from the buckle so that they can review the issue and make improvements. A new buckle is now on its way to replace my original at no cost. Im am so satisfied that I will be placing an order for a second buckle so that I have two styles to choose from to compliment the two belts I already own. This is the best belt Ive ever owned and with service like this, I will be Mission Belt customer for years to come.

Ive have owned hundreds of belts in my time, so I was skeptical that this could be the best belt ever. I can only say..."WOW!" At first it took me a few days to get used to the ratcheting lock on this belt. But now, I cant imagine anything else. easy to cinch down, easy to adjust after a meal or going through airport security. Comfortable, fully rugged, and yet refined. The length can be adjusted initially, although I didnt. My 36 has about 6-8 inches extending past the buckle, which is just long enough to hit that first belt loop on my favorite jeans. This belt is perfect if you have a bit of a belly flop as-well. Comfortable, secure, easy to use. Where have you been my whole life. Ill never buy another belt again. Perfect for all occasions and well engineered and classy as-well. THANK YOU!

Excellent belt for the 20 months it lasted. Unfortunately one of the metal pins holding the buckle together fell out. Ive contacted Mission to see if they will support their product. Update 1/20/18: I contacted Mission later in the evening thinking it would take a few days for them to respond. What a surprise when Beth replied about an hour later. Bianca followed up with getting the details and before I knew it I had a replacement buckle in my mailbox. A minute later I had a handsome, working belt again. Im incredibly pleased with Missions customer service and product support and wont hesitate to spend a few extra bucks to get a great belt from a company that stands by its products.

Serious Review; Puns Intended: Very convenient to just put on a belt and pull. Im pretty lazy when it come to wearing belts and this really makes getting dressed much easier. Stylish and the quality is great. Too bad this particular belt is a bit skinny so it feels a bit odd when worn. The belt doesnt get worn out easily since it utilizes a ratchet system. Sounds advance but its a nifty mechanism. Its doesnt have a strong hold so be careful not pull on it too hard and tight. LOL tl;dr Summary List: Styling and profiling ratchet belt Convenient and easy to put on and take off Quality is great and looks to last for a long time Dont pull on it too hard or youll break it, LOL

INCREDIBLE! I am a big man and have always had issues with belts. The problem is, I COMPRESS when I sit, so a belt has to be a different circumference when I am standing and when I am sitting. This is not easy and is one of the troubles of excess weight... This belt is my favorite thing ever. First of all, I want to mention the QUALITY of ALL components. The buckle is HEAVY (a good thing IMO) and SOLID, it just feels VERY WELL MADE and once you click the mechanism in place, THATS IT. It isnt going anywhere. Now as a big man, when I snug up the belt while I am standing, I know its going to get stressed when I sit down since I compress in the middle. This belt doesnt budge. I was originally concerned that the "cable tie" type track system would give way to stress and pressure, but NO CHANCE. This thing is incredible. I used common household scissors to cut it to size. Removing the buckle then replacing it afterwards was a breeze, and I have loved this thing so much that I ordered three in different colors. (You can buy the buckle and belt separately to save some money and just interchange the buckle, thats what I do...)
