The good news, it is tough. The bad news, the buckle is hard to tighten. Usually with this kind of buckle, you can attach the belt and pull the belt to tighten, However, once the belt is through both slots I cant tighten it any more. I have to get it as tight as I can through the first slot and try to hold it while putting the belt through the second slot in the buckle. Maybe the one I received is defective but it doesnt appear to be. It is also very thin and items attached (phone case most importantly) slide on it, easily. Additional info, neither good or bad, I have a size 36 waist and ordered the 36-38 as I also use an IWB holster. However, the belt is way longer than I need. I have to tuck some of it under the first belt loop. Better than too short I guess. If I didnt have my IWB, I could probably get by with the 32-34.

This is a great product substantial enough to comfortably carry holsters and additional magazines. I ordered this belt in M 40-42 and received a belt that is labeled M 40-42 but is over 51 inches long. I cut the belt to size, seared the cut section of the belt and have used the result. I got tired of the burnt ends of the belt and ordered a M 40-42 replacement for a more finished appearance and received another belt, labeled M 40-42 that is over 51 inches long. I explained the issue in response to AMAZON returns as an "incorrect product" and they offered a "correct" replacement belt. I received the "correct" replacement yesterday and, once again, the replacement belt is labeled M 40-42 and is over 51 inches long. I have given up and will order the same belt from Galls as I have seen no feedback from customers that the belts they received from Galls were incorrectly labeled. By the way, current Galls price is comparable to AMAZON PRIME.

Great belt, most of what I expected. I use it every day on jeans/cargo shorts with/without a concealed carry. Great for sweaty work where leather belts get ruined. Thinner/more flexible than I expected, but Im using with an OWB holster with loops and dont need enough stiffness for clips.. I recommend you pay lots of attention to the many notes on sizing. There is no keeper loop to tuck the end in, so its important where the first loop on your pants is and how much belt is sticking out to get there. In addition, the last 2 inches of the belt are stiffened somehow to keep the end from curling like a normal piece of nylon webbing would do. If you buy a belt that is too long and want to cut it off, youll lose the stiffness in the original. Definitely would buy again.

I love this belt so much! I’ve bought two in two different sizes over the years. I’m an EMT and prior to having a radio strap, I would clip my heavy radio to my belt. The belt took it like a champ and never folded under the radio’s weight. It’s very colorfast and I’ve wiped it down with disinfectants of various sorts without damaging it. Easy on, easy off, looks professional, and is at a great price point. Highly recommend!

The belt arrived on time and the quality seems ok. It doesnt even come close to my Wilderness Tactical but is lighter and security friendly with the plastic buckle. The product I received differs from the Amazon photo, being devoid of the Propper logo on the buckle. Some here have questioned the authenticity of the belt. It crossed my mind as well so I went to Proppers website - https://www.propper.com/tactical-duty-belt.html - only to find their photos show buckles without logos. Odd that they chose to forego their name. I wonder if it possibly has anything to do with new OCP uniform guidelines or they just simply decided to omit it.
