I have had these for about 5 months now. When I first got them, I loved them. But now, they are getting scratched up. Now...Im not the worlds poster child for taking care of glasses, Ill certainly admit that, but the last pair of Ray-Bans I had lasted for three years without a single scratch...their demise was a 20 foot fall to concrete. These fit well, and are very comfortable. The sun protection and anti-glare are second to none. I just wish they did not scratch so easily. I opted for the glass lenses just for this reason, but it seems that it is the coating that is scratching, as not the glass itself does not appear scratched. All I can figure is that the tint is applied to the glass, and not in the glass itself. Will be looking for something else, soon.

Glasses arrived earlier than expected. They are really nice and fit good. The only reason I give 3 stars is because they seem warped. I put them down on a flat surface and they sit uneven. Im pretty sure this isnt how a pair of glasses like this are supposed to be. Maybe they are and I just dont know. Has anyone else had this problem?

Not sure if these are REAL RayBans. Why? They were recently purchased, and in my non stop efforts to take good care of them, they seemed to scratch very easily. The inside lens on the right, with gentle cleaning, now seems marred, oddly. Makes me wonder whether comments in the past ARE TRUE! Buyer beware.

They are not made of NASA grade pyrex. They are not even Bausch and Lomb glass. I dont know what the heck they are made of. They are polarized, I hope.. The frames are NOT solid gold. They are not gold plated. They are plastic. So, what did I pay $150 for? A name. A name and a pair of extremely overpriced sunglasses underneath the paint that says RayBan. That, and the hope they are not fakes. I have heard Amazon has sold fakes in the past. They better hold up, thats all I can say.

I am somewhat disappointed in these Ray-Ban shades, my first pair in 20 years. The design causes them to fit naturally too low, well below my eyebrows, due to the design of the nose area. I was expecting them to fit correctly at the height of my eyebrows. Having already added prescription lenses, Im committed now, but not happy with the result. They should cover the brows. It is okay, its passable, but doesnt quite look as good this way. I call it a design flaw. And dont tell me my face is shaped wrong! :)
