Columbia Men's RFID Leather Wallet - Big Skinny Trifold Vertical Security Protection Credit Card Slots and ID Window

Doesnt fold as flat as my last 2 cheaper trifolds when loaded with same cards and cash but it is of very high quality. Maybe with time it will stretch? The box it came in is crazy nice. Hopefully it will last a very long time. It has high quality looks. The zipper pull makes it about 1/8" more open but some people like that feature. Good idea for keys. I could live without it. Will make a great travel wallet with minimal cards and dual currency. For daily use the jury is still out. Update: Been around the world this year with this wallet. Its now very relaxed and has held up superbly even when jam packed with dual currencies. Will last for years. Im very pleased.

2 year update: This has to have been the fastest I have had a wallet fall apart. Very disappointing coming from such a respected brand. It is a nice wallet if a bit thicker than my last trifold. I am disappointed in how it is wearing. The edges are fraying after eight months of use.

This is my current Every Day wallet. The quality of the leather, stitching, and general finish is excellent. Two concerns are the absence of any coin space requiring a separate coin purse, and the fact that this wallet dislikes being overstuffed. If you allow receipts, spare band aids, notes to self, or an accumulation of small bills (who has big bills these days?) to accumulate, the trifold closing is strained. This beats the heck out of rigid RFID blocking hard cases, and synthetic material wallets. But it needs to be kept clear to fold smoothly, and I am still trying to figure out a good way to deal with coins. It is a work in progress getting me to adapt, but the quality is so high that I gave it five stars. If this looks like what you want, then purchase it with confidence. The quality is there.

This wallet is a little thick in comparison to other similar style (without the RF protection technology) wallets and the only reason Im giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. Besides that, the wallet functions great and the technology does work. I was able to test it at my work site with devices that opens our doors and turnstiles. In my other wallet, I can keep my ID inside and simply swipe the whole wallet across the pad and it functions the door. With this wallet, it simply does not work which tells me that the signal is blocked and is exactly what is suppose to happen. For security of having your credit cards cloned etc..., this thing will certainly do the job.

Cards get stuck in the slots and are difficult to slide out, the "top" of the wallet is thicker than the "bottom" of the wallet due to the material used to create the 3 slots on each side so you end up with a lopsided wallet in your back pocket. I would not buy this again.
