So this i a really nice wallet. I have carried a “costanza” for most of my life and this just feels right. To be honest, when I opened the box my first thought was “that’s it?”. But after loading my license and credit cards into it, I saw that it really was well laid out. Slipped a couple of bills into the money clip, and then I knew it was good. It sits at about a half inch thick with 4 CCs, my driver’s license, gym membership card, and a few bills. It fits easily in my front pocket without issues. So the only drawback that I’ve come across with this wallet is that it is tight. Removing and replacing credit cards is tough. It is loosening some, but it’s not easy. It could be said that this will prevent cards from falling out, maybe it’s a plus. Overall, I would recommend this wallet for both function and aesthetics. Just be prepared to break it in a bit.

I really, really like this wallet. I like it so much that I want to say that I love it, but I’m not quite there yet. Here’s why: It forced me to carry less stuff. Excellent. That part is working out better than expected. Aesthetically speaking, it’s beautiful. I got the black exterior with brown interior. Nice. Functionally speaking, it’s nearly perfect. It’s super slim, super stylish, super lightweight. Just super. The money clip takes some getting used to if you’ve never used one. I’ve been using wallets/billfolds with a standard cash pocket for my whole adult life. There’s something about a money clip that all at once feels cool, disorganized, pretentious, stylish. Weird, right? But that’s not the wallet’s fault, it’s mine. I like that if you’re as klutzy as I am, the contents don’t scatter across the floor when it gets dropped. My only real reservation is, strangely enough, also my favorite feature: the outside pocket. Why doesn’t every wallet have this!? If there’s one or two cards you use more than others, stick that puppy in the securely snug outside pocket and it’s SOOOO convenient. A little thumb action slides the card right out without ever needing to open your wallet. Awesome! That is, unless you accidentally stick the card *all the way* into the pocket. If (read: “when”) that happens, it’s still plenty retrievable, it just might take a little work. The once-convenient thumb slide no longer works when the leather has a grip on your card like a python on its prey, as only a small sliver of the card is accessible. So you pinch the card to pull it out, which works, but in order to pinch the card, one finger must go between the card and the wallet, which pulls at the stitching. I would imagine that, over time, if this happens enough, the stitching would start to come undone. A simple solution by the manufacturer would be a slightly shorter pocket: deep enough to secure a card, but short enough to retain a thumb-sized area if it goes all the way in. Or keep the current depth and have a semi-circular notch that exposes enough of the card for your big fat thumb. All that said, I’ve had it for more than a month now, and there’s presently no visible sign of wear. I highly recommend it, and so far it deserves the five stars I gave it. Fix that death pocket, and I’d give it six stars.

Kinda cheap in build quality. Not a very efficient wallet whatsoever. Difficult to use (getting cards, cash, etc out is a major challenge that ends up waisting time at the checkstand) if the money clip was stationary then it would probably be easier to use, but other than that you have to hold the wallet and the money clip steady while you try and work with cash. And how the cards are laid out is just terrible. I’ve used it for about a month with one card in each pocket and it’s too hard to get my cards out. I almost drop the wallet every time. The pockets are too deep and not smooth to get cards out of. And the direction they point is completely stupid. Just an overall bad design in all honesty. I bought it thinking that it would be easy to use and would save space in my pocket, but I ended up having to go back to a bifold so that I can actually make purchases without looking like a 13 year old kid trying to fumble some cash out of his wallet to buy an ice cream.

So far I love it! Ive always hated money clips and it seems wallets are getting bigger and bigger to accommodate more cards. Cards for the gym, cards for grocery stores, cards for the movies, cards for coffee... Its like we now all are given cards for everything. This wallet is great for carrying your ID, 3 must have cards (more if you want to jam them together but that kind of defeats the purpose) and some cash. Like I said I hate money clips but this is done well with the wallet and looks like a nice accent. Im actually thinking of asking someone if they can engrave my name on the outer side of the clip. Im just hoping it holds up with time... If it doesnt I certainly will be back to update this review.

This wallet arrived as described, it is very slim and elegant. I am a person who has always used large, bulky wallets to hold all of my cards. Recently, I decided to slim down the amount of things I carry in my pockets. I like the design and I should have purchased one of these a long time ago. I currently hold the following in this wallet: my work access badge, my ID, and 4 credit cards and all of this fits perfectly.
