Fossil Men's Derrick Leather RFID Blocking Bifold Flip ID Wallet

I usually dont write rewires, but this one has to be said as a warning. The wallet itself is a wonderful item. And if I would have bought it only for the wallet, it would be a 5-star review. However, there is no "RFID Shielding" in this item. After trusting the wallet for a few months I finally decided to test the RFID qualities. I was able to scan my own cards right through, without much trouble. Again, if you buy this item for just a wallet, it is great and I greatly recommend it: After everyday use it held up quite well for a few month. But please do not consider your cards RFID shielded.

This wallet appears to be coated like a lot of leather products made these days. After mild use the edges are starting to peal. This is similar to leather couches marketed by companies such as Ashley. They literally paint or coat the leather to give it a uniform appearance but many times it doesnt adhere well and it peals. I am very disappointed in the quality.

Disappointed by the size of this wallet. The leather is decent. Stiff, but I expect that to soften with time. Worst thing is it is advertised as 2.75 x 4 inches (what I needed), but this is 3.5 x 4.25 inches. It does not fit in the compartment I need it to. I may keep it, because it holds and displays my cards in a good way, but a disappointment overall.

I am buying this wallet for the second time. I lost my first one in a McDonalds trash bag accident thats given me infamy in my family. You lose one wallet in 25 years of life and suddenly its the thing you hear about all the time. Anyway, the wallet has lots of space for cards, looks sleek, and is incredibly functional which is why I got it again. So many wallets out there just look gimmicky or like a waste of time but not this guy.

It was about time for my husband to get a new wallet. he bought a cheap one a year ago and it was ripping. I put a lot of thought into which wallet to buy for him as he goes through them each year. he loved it. It fits all of his cards comfortably and it has a spot for his id. If this one breaks or anything I already know im going to buy the exact same one again.
