Bought this as a gift for my 19 year old son who is a machinist in a factory and also likes to work on his cars. Both places get awfully cold in the winter so he needed a good durable hoodie he could wear while working but also use as a layer underneath his heavy winter coat without being to cumbersome. The Carhartt hoodie is perfect! I bought him the black one in Large since he is 61 and 170lbs, its a little big on him but he prefers it that way and absolutely LOVES his hoodie despites always wearing band hoodies prior to this one.

I bought this as a gift, And he loved it he wears it every weekend. He loved how warm it was and I was true to size. It washed up very well. Very pleased with this purchase.

Its going to be a great quality hoodie. I already know that. But Im pretty bummed out about the color. It looks nothing like the blue pictured. It is listed as navy blue but its so dark I thought they had sent me black on accident. Its more of a midnight blue. I put a white envlope and the gray Amazon bag next to it in the photo so you can see how dark it is. All in all its still a good hoodie and I wont be returning it is a Christmas present and its almost Christmas now. Oh well.

It was 18 degrees F out and I chopped would for a whole day wearing only this hoodie and a long sleeve t-shirt. Keeps you nice and toasty and has a great thickness to it. Very soft on the inside but durable on the outside. This is definitely the best hoodie I have owned and comes at a fraction of the cost of some of the others I have purchased. Unfortunately my pup chewed a big hole through mine a week ago so Im going to have to try make some repairs...

This sweater does fit very well and I cannot fault the quality of it as it just arrived today. The low ranking is because of the misleading picture. I was pretty excited for the color of the sweater for NEW NAVY. I thought it was black when I took it out of the box. Its a very dark traditional navy color. Otherwise, its good.
