Like some others, received a long sleeve t-shirt. This is not a crew neck sweatshirt... Even with as easy as the Amazon process is, I loathe returning purchases. It is one more thing during the busiest time of the year! Also, thank goodness I am not in a holiday time crunch. Sort out your inventory management!

This sweatshirt is super comfortable! I bought it for my mom for Christmas and she passed away before I could give it to her, so I started wearing it to remind me of her and its one of my favorites. Super warm and very good quality!

Arrived today. I ordered the XL charcoal grey, BYU long sleeve. Product is as described and seems to be good quality; however, when opened from sealed plastic packaging the sweater and inside of plastic was wet. As it dried, a splotch of multiple white marks became visible on front midsection. So Im leaning toward the possibility it was used and attempted to be cleaned. Definitely disappointing given the brand and cost, as well as that I had ordered this as a birthday gift. Would reccomend looking at other sellers.

This was described as a sweatshirt and is just a shirt. Now I have to go to the trouble of a return. I think they should just have to replace it with a sweatshirt. I have a fractured right leg and am not driving right now and wanted the sweatshirt for the Army/Navy game!!!!

The grey color is darker than the picture shows. The sweatshirt is comfortable but... The collar tore upon me removing the giant label and... The waist-ring cinches too tightly. I am 5ft8, 150 pounds - not exactly heavy and the cinching waistband keeps riding up my torso. Very annoying. Id return this thing but it is already torn. Boo.
