This is my "go to" pull over for whenever its cold outside - I guess I have three or four in different colors. The North Face Glacier Quarter Zip is well thought out, durable and it looks great. The colors NEVER fade and it comes out of the wash looking new month after month. The soft material feels nice against my skin and I get a perfect fit. North Face has a winner with this one.

My number one gripe with pull-overs is that if the fabric traps too much heat, then it becomes a chore to remove, and becomes undesirable for me as a person who gets hot and unbearably warm quite often. Thankfully, I don’t have that issue with this pull-over. The pull-over is remarkably thin, yet feels sturdy. Air can freely pass through the material so I don’t over heat in fall weather, and it’s fluffy enough that I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it. My only issue is calling the product “tnf black”. The North Face black is more of a darker gray. It still looks nice, and I do like it despite that gripe, however.

I ordered a large as most shirts I wear are a large from TNF. The sleeves are WAY too short along with the torso. Do not plan to extend your arms or raise your arms above your chest without the pullover going above your pants and sleeves about 4 inches below your wrist. I found the GRDN LYON pullover in large fit much better when I visited the store and did not have the length issues the TKA 100 had. I really loved how soft this was but unfortunately have to return it as an XL is WAY too baggy.

Im not going to rip an entire company over one product, but this is not up to the quality that Im used to with TNF. I hope this isnt a trend. Like many others have said, it just feels cheap. Ive owned other lightweight pullovers from TNF and have never felt this way. Dont expect it to be as good as in the past. Is it still a decent pullover, yes. And for other companies Id give it a 3/5. But Im sorry, I hold them to higher standards.

It’s a great product, only mistake I ever made was thinking I was buying some north face top of the line jacket but in reality it’s like their entry level jacket and the fit is a little off. I instead returned it (which by the by was the easiest thing) and took my money to my locks Dick’s and put another 30 or so dollars together and purchased myself another more higher end North Face jacket that fits like a charm. Still, I kind of had that expectation when I hit the ‘confirm purchase’ button.
