These pants are a good value but i find if I turn a certain way or if I have my hands in my pocket and move a certain way that I can easily tear a side seam just below either front pocket. It could happen the first time I wear them or the 100th depending on if I just happen to move a certain way. Ive replaced 3-4 pair this way because the seam is not easily repaired and often reopens. It has to be something about the cut of the fabric. I am 63 and I have an athletic build. Im not trying to squeeze into them or anything like that. I wear 36"x34" pants, it may just be a problem with the longer length?

Husband is about 6 and in a 40x32 ordered his normal size and they fit perfectly around the waist and the length is good. Nice material but still light weight for hot Arizona days. I wish he would let me snag a picture. There are a few 5 star reviews on here that attached a photo. While its nice they like them they look terrible in the picture and its because most of these guys are in the wrong size. Dont let that keep you from buying. They actually are nice pants.

These are the best pants that I have ever owned. I love the look and feel of the pants and they do flex when you need them to. My favorite part about the pants is they have a shirt gripper on the inside of the waist area. Your shirts will stay put all day long which I love. About me, I am 5"10, 195 lbs, athletic/muscular build, and I purchased the 32 x 32. They fit perfect. I have ordered three pairs in different colors and all of them are great.

In the last 23 years I have bought about every pair of slacks imaginable. These do not need ironing and you can throw them in the washer. They have a stretchy waist band for those of us getting a little older. I have recommended these to many of my friends and coworkers. I have always received rave reviews back. You need theses slacks. At this price you can get 4 pairs for what you would pay for 1 nice pair of slacks :-)

I just got my first office job and although the dress code is business casual, combining these with a decent button down makes me one of the best dressed people in the office. They fit true to description. I prefer slightly slimmer fitting pants but these (although labeled straight fit) fit similar to how other people might find a slim fit (I have an athletic build and workout legs frequently). All the colors are basically a variant of grey (even the navy shades). Cant beat the price, Kohls was selling this same pair for $39.99.
