when it comes to anything thats Oriental, you always have to remember, they make the product for themselves and any Oriental thing that you buy on Amazon or anywhere else always get the biggest size if you were born and raised in America and youre not any Eastern Asian descent and always remember theyre large is going to be a medium for you and there extra large is going to be large on you and so on and so forth, if you can, you should always collaborate for your size. always remember that most eastern Asian people are short, roughly the same size as Joe Pesci , Prince, Katt Williams, DMX, Danny DeVito, George Takei, James Hong, Victor Wong, you get it, these people are short.

I am very pleased with the quality of this product. Like the other reviewers mentioned, the fabric is thin and has a little stiffness to it. It feels like a cotton/linen blend. It has no lining inside. The whole garment drapes and flows well. I am 57" and about 170lbs. The M size drapes down around me knees and fits loosely (as it should be). If you have a thin frame, S may look better.

I simply love my Kimono! Wish they had other colors than the black, blue, and white...if the add others I will get them! Fits fabulously on me. Im 65 1/2", 275 and I have plenty of room and the lenght is perfect. Avant garde in style and lightweight too!
