While the front sides are longer than the back hem it still works. The sleeves fit well and the flow of the shawl is perfect. It is not a jacket substitute, but it is actually quite warm for being made of holes, and if you intend to dance in it you may encounter a problem. The white tag in the back was the only flaw as it sticks out like hot pink on white, but a little precise trimming gets rid of it nearly completely.

I bought this as part of a ridiculous festival getup Im working on and didnt really have any plans to wear this in normal environments, but I really love the way it feels, and the fact that its pretty unsubtle.

I took this, with me, to Australia, for a White Party! It was perfect. Unusual, so I didnt see myself coming and going. Very sturdily constructed, for such a gauzy appearing garment. After purchase, it was received in excellent condition, quickly.

Love, love, love this shawl. Edgy and fun. I got the Large and it is a little big. Probably could have gotten a medium. Still dont mind having this fit a little big though.
