I had some problems when I first bought this sweater. The response to my problems was fast and the problems were promptly dealt with and corrected. I was very impressed with the service. The sweater fits great, looks great and for the price is a great bargain.

Love the sweater, the collar is a little bit too high, definitely different from the picture...doesnt stand up like it does on the model, kind of flops over...but i do like the sweater!

This sweater is very well made. The fit is as expected. Nice to find a cardigan with a zipper instead of buttons. I would recommend it.

Loved the coffee color. A size large was sent; I had ordered a medium. A medium would have been too large so I tried to order a small size. However, medium was the smallest offered so I had to return it instead of exchanging for a size small. Also, the product is too long for a short person. The length should be noted in the description.
