TOPTIE Mens Business Solid Color Plain Sweater Vest, Cotton Fit Casual Pullover

The item I am reviewing is a XXL in black. This item is the one in the photo under the gray sweater that is on top. The top one is the same brand and same size, only the correct size. The black one on the bottom is closer to a XXXL. I went one size up from my son’s true size (XL) for both sweaters as per the suggestion in the listing/product description for if you wanted the product to be loose-fitting as opposed to slim fit which is what it is described as being. My son is a big guy. 6’3”, 240 lbs. There’s no way the black one will fit him. It’s way too big. I started the process to return the item and was told I will have to pay for the return shipping. I don’t know why I should if the sizing is this off. I even sent the attached photo and was asked if I checked the size chart. Duh!!! They aren’t willing to waive the return shipping. I am returning the item anyway and am posting a review because I don’t like the vest in the first place. The ribbing around the neck and arm holes is thick and looks bad, in my opinion. My son wouldn’t wear these sweaters. Thankfully amazon will refund me the entire amount and NOT charge return shipping for the gray one I am also returning. This is poor customer service on the part of Opentip. I don’t recommend purchasing from them.

Waited a long time for product I guess it was lost in the mail but once l received it I’m very pleased with the fit, look an quality of my sweater vest love it.

Upon initial receipt, I was optimistic about the sweater being what I wanted. The quality seemed decent and the fit was good. However, after one washing, the sweater shrank considerably, beyond the point of me being able to wear it. Also, as others have mentioned, the arm holes are pretty small and pinched my armpits. I was really hoping this would be a decent sweater, but, unfortunately, it did not measure up. Thankfully, the seller accepted it back for a refund.

My husband wears this vest several times a week; he says its his most comfortable sweater. Since it gets a lot of use, Im happy that it launders beautifully and still looks new after months of frequent wear.

This vest is a very nice cotton vest that fits as expected, however, the arm holes are on the small size. The dress shirt underneath has a tendency to bunch around the arm hole openings because of the tightness. My husband chose to keep the vest so we will see how it wears.
