I go on the elliptical 4 miles a day or roughly for 50 minutes. In terms of fit and stability of this shoe, all I can say is its amazing. When your talking about an elliptical, most of the force is obviously moving the foot forward. That puts a lot of pressure in the toe area, especially when your are on the elliptical as long as I am every day. I have always experienced that pressure with other shoes like Asics, which up until now, seemed to be my best shoe. Not any longer. Also, depending upon how much of a lateral sway you have on an elliptical, a shoe with poor stability will be felt. Not with these shoes. Im a Brooks shoe lifer now.

Brooks was once the best, bow theyre junk. No support at all, especially for over pronation. These must be sold at a 500+% markup because they are straight up trash with zero support in any direction. The soles are slippery too.

These shoes have no cushioning and made the entire bottoms of my feet feel bruised. I bought these for work shoes because of a recommendation, and was sorely disappointed.

This was to have been my third pair of Adrenaline GTS shoes. I ordered the *exact* same size as before, 12 2E. That size fit perfectly on my GTS 16 and GTS 17 pairs. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but the GTS 19s were *way* too large. The inside feel matches the outside look of the pictures. I had to return them. Sigh, I guess its back to a brick and mortar store.

I have been wearing the Brooks Adrenaline GTS series for 4 years now. They are my go to for when I run 5ks each spring and they have yet to disappoint. These are lighter than the previous models with a great feel and more responsive ride without losing support. I am flat footed with foot eversion so these still work great, and even better, than the previous versions. Overall, great shoes!
