I never write reviews. I am always suspicious of who is writing the reviews. I am a real person who just purchased the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19. Why did I buy them? I call myself trying to get back in shape and I started running. 3 months of running and I was up to 4 miles. Then, out of nowhere, my knees started killing me. I didnt fall. I didnt roll my ankle or step wrong. I started to think it was my age. I went online and starting reading. I bought all the joint support pills thinking that was the answer. Honestly, none of them worked for me. I told a friend of my mine my problems and he told me to look at my shoes. When I did, the wear pattern of the shoes looked warped. I starting looking into shoes that would support my somewhat flat fleet but also support my knees. I purchased the Nike Downshifters. It was relief because I was finally out of the warped shoes but the pain was still there. The Nike Revolutions 4 was a better but by the end of the day, I was still in pain. Finally, I purchased the Brooks. I CAN WALK AND RUN. Stop hurting yourself and spend the money on a good pair of running shoes. They are worth every penny.

I own several pair of quality, high rated shows. I generally use a different shoe everyday of the week. I am going on 64 years old, and run a minimum of 10k per day (6.2 miles). I usually average 50-60 miles a week. I have been running since the 1980’s, it is a passion and a excellent form of exercise, This being said, shoes are so critical to performance and ability to maintain long term running ability. Currently, I run several brands of running shoes. These include Hoka, ASICS, Brooks, Skecher and Under Armor. As stated earlier, I try to change out the shoes everyday, to as to not develop side effects of faulty running design or materials. This could be anything from shins hurting, leg cramps, muscle strain, calluses, toe squishing, bruising, etc. That was until I got this pair of shoes. From the moment I received them, even up to writing this review, have I ever never known a more perfect fit in design, sizing, style, quality and over all excellent feeling out of a shoe. In the first week alone, this Brooks Adreniline GTS 19 has got 58 miles on them, and my feet have never felt better. These have even eliminated the pains I would feel in my hip, shin or calf, as I would with other shoes. I highly recommend you try these, especially if your a serious runner.

I just received these today! The Amazon recommended size for me, which was 9.5 (this is my standard shoe size in most things) was way small... just opening the box I said to myself, “these don’t even look 9.5”! I’m giving a 3 star for now cause apart from the size I really like them and am exchanging for the next size up! If happy when the new size comes I will update review! *Updated to 5 Stars* Firstly, kudos to amazon for re shopping me the correct size so quickly! Secondly, now that I have these in the correct size I have to admit they are probably the most comfortable, supportive and cushioned running shoes I’ve owned. I’ve been working hard an relearning my stride to be more midfoot strike and less heel. As I ran in these today I can feel them correcting not only my stride but my posture and foot placement! Highly recommend!

I have been using Brooks Ghost 9 as my walking shoe for the past couple of year. I decided to try the Adrenaline GTS 19 because I like Brooks shoes and they recommend them for walking and running. They are very comfortable and I enjoyed them on my first walk (3 miles) yesterday. They are definitely more cushioned than Ghost, so if you like feeling more of the pavement, these probably arent for you. I am very pleased I chose Adrenaline GTS 19 for my new walking shoes

Ive owned many different Brooks shoes, however, these are the most comfortable and supportive by far. These shoes really reduce pain and add stability for your feet and legs. I would definitely give them a try and see for yourself!
