So glad I was home by myself earlier. It was not my greatest evening. I spent the majority of it going through a metric butt ton of clothes and sorting into piles to donate. So of course that called for a mini fashion show for my damn dog. Im now convinced I identify as a potato. Well around 0130 I decide its bed time. But I need to try on my new water shoes. Awesome. Fit great and cute. Great purchase. This is where things go downhill. I wore them upstairs and went to the bathroom to take a shower (not with water shoes) and realize I left my watch downstairs. So I run down the stairs butt naked with my water shoes on.... trip over the damn dog... almost do the splits but the tread on my water shoes saved my life. To top it off a wheel to my generator fell on top of my foot. So now Im hopping around trying not to step on my damn dog and praying to all that is holy that He wont come home and find me butt naked in some stylish water shoes jumping around on one foot and yelling at the dog. I made sure to erase the video before he watched it.

This shoe is great on sand, running on concrete or streets that are flat! Not great for hiking, rock climbing or anything that is slippery or has a vertical surface. I bought them for Cancun trip with excursions that are in the water, zip lines, and theme parks, they were dangerous! I slipped on wet and verticle surfaces like it was a roller coaster. The most unsafe water shoe, there is no grip, and the rubber bottoms are not pliable rubber but hard rubber that does not grip. They look great, feel great, and have cool holes in soles for letting the water out. That said if you buy them be careful where you use them, not worth killing yourself or breaking a hip. ​

These are good water shoes, but you get what you pay for. When I first put them on out of the box, the laces came out of the plastic end cap to hold them together. I quickly found that they were pretty narrow, so if you have a wide foot, these may not work for you. After my 3rd use, the rubber tongue broke off as I was trying to pull them onto my foot. After my 4th use, I decided to completely remove the laces and the shoes actually became more comfortable - they werent as tight and I no longer have to worry about the laces coming out of the end cap. Bottom line is that these are cheaply made, but if youre just wearing them at the beach or for boating, they have decent grips and will serve their purpose. In my opinion, theyre better without the laces.

Got these for lake swimming due to rocks. Very nice looking/feeling shoes, but order half a size down. I am almost always an 8.5 womens (and my husband is an 8.5 mens), but we both had to order half a size below (8 womens/mens, respectively).

I ordered these for my trip to Costa Rica, specifically for a short, easy hike that finished with a swim at a rocky waterfall. While I wasnt expecting them to be the greatest and most durable shoes for hiking, I was surprised with how great they actually were! The holes for drainage on the bottom worried me because I thought it was a great way for pebbles (and other uncomfortable things you dont want in your shoes) to get in, but I had no problem whatsoever with that. Theyre super comfortable, flexible, and dry very quickly! Though, I wont be using them for hiking, as you should always opt for a more durable and protective shoe, Im excited to use them as my new kayaking shoes, beach shoes, and just about for any other water activity shoes!
