Reebok Mens CROSSFIT Nano 8.0 Flexweave/ color: industrial green. A good overall shoe designed for a variety of sport activities . Its reasonably comfortable and certainly durable with good breathability, stability, with good cushioning for a crosstrainer. A great all-around trainer at a great value. Ive ordered a "like new" pair fulfilled by amazon at a 1/4 of the price. I was amazed about the quality (pleasantly surprised); Ive received a new pair with just missing the original box and the tags (as described). I’ve already worked out twice, and I have enjoyed the performance of my new CROSSFIT Nano 8.0. In all fairness, the only thing I believe can be improved is the design of the toe-box; it sits too low, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Ive been wearing crossfit nanos for a few years now. started out with the nano 2 which up to this point has been my favorite with the nano 4 being a close second. I was not fond of the nano 6 and recently retired it to the dumpster (too stiff, toe box was weird, tongue felt odd). I still have an old nano 2 and 4 that I use for walks with the dog but they are really starting to show their age so its been time to get a replacement. I was hesitant to buy a nano 8 with how much i didnt enjoy the 6 but I am happy to say that this is the best nano yet. Super comfortable, feels like they took what was great from the nano 2 and 4 and blended them perfectly. I might have to get another pair once i retire my old 2 and 4.

My Nike Metcons 4 lasted from October 2018 to January 2019. Sizing: I got drunk and measured my foot with a yardstick and just referred to Google and ordered the shoe before 4 shots of Titos took me to down Im an Active duty Infantryman who trains in my off time, in strongman and powerlifting, grudgingly moving to Crossfit B.S. Crossfit is still kinda gey but so is being fat and slow in combat, so I gotta relax my jaw and just suck it up. Anyway Old army APFT, these help with pushups, youre not having to actively keep from slipping in wet grass because Ive yet to be in a unit that actually finds suitable ground to perform the event. People holding your feet dont have to constantly adjust their grip and screw you over. Running the 2 mile, Im fat so 14mins sucks butt, these dont have really any support, dont think theyre made for running, but you hear runners say that dumb stuff about theres no real shoe actually for running, but than again these companies dump millions in making near perfect running shoes for athletes...basically they grip okay but arent life changing in running. AFCT, these are good, because theres alot of transitioning and you wont slide like in soccer. Gym stuff is nice, I have more trust in the box jumps and sprints on slick surfaces. With the Nikes, the waffle pattern had to be geometrically correct for you not to eat ground in box jumps and lunges. These, you can slack when youre tired. I dont see how people talk about a shoe in static movements like a deadlift, youre just standing there, but if youre benching and using leg drive, you can dig in more, if that makes sense, and focus on the movement and not kicking out. Im a toe pointer when I run, cum, and power clean, these got room for that. I got more compliments from dudes when I had my Nikes, which I appreciated but didnt approve of. No hot chicks have noticed my Rebooks yet, but I flash em so they see the Crossfit on them, and that razzle dazzle should get em in the mood.

Have to admit I didnt believe the hype on the Nano shoes. After actually trying them I am a new convert. These are awesome, feels locked in on heel with slight drop, kettlebell front squats more grounded, and doing swings feels like a more stable position. I have a stupid wide foot and the forefoot feels like it has plenty of room for my toes to move. Also they breathe really well. Overall a win for me. For standard deadlifts and squats these are also good to a certain point depending on the weight you are lifting, not great for full on Olympic lifts.
