The boot looks great and also feels great on your foot. But after about 45 days, the sole is starting to come off of one of the boots. Not sure if I just got a bad pair or what, but it does suck that it started doing this after the return period is over, Im not hard on my boots, I work in an office setting, with an occasional trip to a job-site. Id recommend inspecting the boots thoroughly after a few weeks of use, I would have returned the boots if I had noticed this a few weeks ago. Fit is somewhat on the large side in the width. Disappointed, I thought they would have been a better Boot.

These are my first Carhartt boots and Im not disappointed at all. Fit to my normal sneaker size. No break in needed, felt comfortable right out of the box and I wear them everyday they are more comfortable than sneakers in my opinion. Look great for office work, casual, or any situation really. Highly recommend.

I have to admit this is an unusual shoe in that it looks like a boot but feels like a moccasin, but in usual Carhartt fashion, it is well made and feels like a quality product. I was initially concerned that I ordered the wrong size as my foot didnt easily fit in right away. I found you have to really open up the laces to get the foot to slide in but once it does it is so comfortable. Im kind of lazy about lacing shoes but these snug up very quickly, especially with the single set of hooks. On that note, my only complaint thus far has to do with the position of those hooks when kneeling, something I have to do quite a bit for my job. They protrude quite a bit and in such a ways then when my feet are behind me (in a kneeling position) they press into the floor and into my feet a bit. Not a major issue but worth noting.

I purchased these boots hoping they would last longer than than my last 2 pairs. My last 2 pairs were HALF the price and lasted at least 9 months, these boots are already separating at the toe after 3.5 months of light use. I purchased them because of carhartts reputation for durable work clothing thinking they would last longer than cheap off-brand boots but apparently their boots arent made to be worked in. I would not recommend these boots to anyone, for the price there are much better options. Very disappointed.

Bought these boots to use around my shop. I have heavier boots made in America that are great and heavier duty but they were starting to make the outsides of my feet hurt after a whole day of working outside. Needed something lighter for hanging around in my shop and these fit the bill. I use lighter quarter socks with these so they are roomy and the wedge soles make them comfortable on the concrete. I would not recommend them for rough outdoor use as they are not as solid feeling as my other pair of 6" boots but I like them for just puttering around the shop or mowing the lawn, etc. Treated them with some leather conditioner/wax right out of the box and the color got a lot darker but still nice.
