After wearing these to work for only 3 nights the front of one of the boots has the material ripping off to the point where the steel toe is nearly visible. My last pair of boots lasted me well over a year under the same conditions without anything like this ever happening.

I purchased these boots about a year ago and remember, after reading the reviews, being a little apprehensive. The reviews were about 50% good and 30% bad. While I always try to keep in mind that there can be manufacturing issues with any product, I decided to try these out. Im glad I did! My boots feel sturdy and well made. Ive had a chance to really work this product and here is my final review. These boots are excellent. Just FYI--make sure you get nice and thick socks as there is not a lot of padding in these (similar to some of the expensive boots out there). The thicker the socks, the better.

Some reviews said they ran a little large however I chose my regular shoe size and while they definitely are a little on the big side it is not enough to be bothersome. In the winter Ill be able to wear thick socks no problem which is perfect. They are stiff when brand new but break in quickly. You absolutely cannot beat these for the price.

I LOVE these boots. Been wearing them just shy of a year, and theyve held up. They fit just right, great insoles, and have gone through months of hard farm and restaurant work (with all sorts of "substances" splashed on them). No matter what youre doing, these are durable boots that are comfortable for being on your feet for many hours at a time. Put insoles in them, and theyd be comfy enough to sleep in. PHENOMENAL quality for the price, Ive recommended them to my brother (laborer) and friends who need great boots for a great price.

Two stars because while comfortable for long hours, these dont last well beyond a few months of consistent wear. At the price, not a great surprise, but it would be nice if after 3-4 months wear, the hard plastic interior lining wasnt fragmenting and falling down inside the boot, the leather outer layer wasnt splitting and pealing off the steel toes (which to be honest, dont appear to be steel at all, but a thick grey plastic - which may be whats fragmenting and falling into the boot, over time, but I suppose Ill find out when they do finally come apart at the seams), the non-slip property hadnt disappeared and the soles werent splitting where the different rubber materials meet. Ill wear these into the ground, but they wont make it even a year at this rate, for sure. Comfortable so far, reliable for 2-3 months, beyond that, not reliable at all. Very cheap construction, as the price might indicate.Suggest to look elsewhere for longer-lasting footwear.
