Any other shoe, I go with a 9.5 - maybe a 10 sometimes. The 11 CNX first perfect - - when Made in China. The 11 CNX is too small / short when Made in Cambodia - the 11.5 Cambodian one fits perfect - again. But the Vietnamese 11.5 has the right length but much too much fabric - thus it fits too large ... - meaning KEEN is in the process of screwing up a great shoe design, because they have no control over their supplier sizing - causing inconsistent sizing. THANKS to AMAZON for free return, but its still a PIB.

So far I really like these sandals! I got them specifically for summer time river fishing and have only had them out in the field for one day but it was a great trial day! I spent about 6 total hours fishing and treading water in them and my feet did not get sore at all; they were surprisingly comfortable! The most pleasing part was the traction on slipper summer river rock - smooth cobble caked with algae and the sandals performed better than any other river foot wear I own! Thats not to say that I wasnt slipping around at all; the river bottom this time of year is going to be treacherous no matter what you wear but these sandals performed extremely well! With regard to the size and fit, I wear a US size 12 with most all footwear so originally I ordered size 12 and it was a bit too big so I figured the 11.5 would be perfect. They definitely fit well but they still seem like theyre just hair too long possibly although its hard to tell; also kind of seems like they were designed to fit that way and I feel like if I tried on a size 11 those would feel too small. I have wide feet and I really appreciate the Keen style fit with a wider toe box; these fit perfectly in that regard!

Good fit, acceptable comfort, above average durability. The sole is a little soft so it does not protect from nails or acacia thorns, but otherwise no complaints. After 6 months of daily use on the trail and in the water, they held up very well. I have now had them for over a year and recently they get only occasional use, but they were left in the bottom of my skiff the whole time, exposed to sun and sea water pretty much constantly, and they show absolutely no signs of deterioration. I would definitely buy them again. I like the rubber toe, it protects me from accidentally kicking sticks or rocks or whatever might be poking up from the ground. On the beach they get plenty of sand and rocks in them, but that shakes out in the water fairly easily if you leave them just a little loose, and the looseness doesn’t cause any comfort or performance issues for me.

After reading the reviews, I bought 1 size larger than my Nike running shoe. Fits perfectly. I had narrow feet, so these tend to be wider, but fit is still great, as the laces can be cinched up. I use these as my primary hiking footwear. Sole doesnt have the grippiest traction pattern, but it hasnt been an issue. I dont climb lots of slick rock, but Ive done Vernal Falls at Yosemite, Paria Canyon, the Narrow at Zion, Great Falls in VA, Mt Baldy, and other smaller hikes in these with no problems. The only time these were a bad idea were in loose gravel that went up to my ankles -- wish I had some boots and gaiters for that one. These sandals are good for wet and dry conditions. I found them to be fine in rocky terrain, too -- I find the soles to be stiff enough, but I also weigh 150 lbs.

Great shoe. Lightweight. Comfortable. Great for going from boat, to shore, to hiking, to water, etc. Dries quickly. Sturdy bottom to keep rocks from poking the bottom of your feet. Straps dont rub on your feet, even when wet. Took on a trip to the British Virgin Islands. Did great on the hikes. Didnt scuff the sailboat. Great grippage. I wish I had these when we went to Costa Rica. They would have been perfect. VERY happy with these shoes.
