After reading many reviews stating size came as expected, I ordered my regular size which is 10.5. This was too small as some of the other reviews had also suggested. I know now first hand that these are clearly a half-size too small. I immediately exchanged them for a size 11 which arrived 2 days later. Amazon is great!!! No hassle getting a fast exchange! Size 11 fits like a 10.5. My feet are very regular when it comes to sizing if that helps. As far as the shoes themselves, they are light weight and comfortable. They need a little breaking in but first impression is good. I have worn H2 sandals for several years and have always liked them. The H2 is a hardy shoe which provides ample confidence in tackling the outdoors. My first impression of the CNX is that it will be a better everyday shoe, but doesnt provide that immediate confidence in outdoor adventure like the H2 does. Im sure Ill test them out though!

These are my second pair. I own 4 pair of the H2 model which I love too. But the CNX are lighter in weight and do the same job. I normally wear 12m but found out the 11.5m fix just as good.

I am a many year Keens fan. Pretty much all my footwear besides dress, flips and running shoes are Keens. I wore their Kanyon sandal for years. They stopped making them. I liked them because they are sandal like but have a bullet proof sole on them. I hiked, biked, even used them for a light jog when I traveled and could not bring my running shoes. The sole on these is just too thin. Im in Paris walking on cobble stones and my feet are beat to crap. I have tough feet, go barefoot a lot and wear flips all the time. Just not the protection Im used to. They also run small. I wear a 9.5 Keens. Everyone I have, except these. These are 10 after I had to send back my 9.5s.

So I am giving this a 3 so far and that is because of the great customer service Amazon is known for. I received this item to Taft for a trip I will be flying out to tomorrow. The shipping was in schedule but I received a barely worn shoe. I am guessing someone used them on the beach and decided to return them. The inside of the shoe had sand residue and the bottom of the sole appeared slightly worn. No tags and normal new keen packaging I am accustomed too. I hope these shoes actually feel and ride like all my other ones. They feel great but I will definitely hesitate to purchase another pair if they may turn out to be used, when you pay for a new product. Like I said customer service did the right thing, and hopefully the shoe will do great as I did not have the luxury of time to get a replacement.

I have worn the Clearwater CNXs for a couple of weeks now and I love them! Ive worn them around town in just everyday activities but so far so good. They are so light and comfortable but I would not describe them as cushy(like a running shoe).I love the minimalist, yet supported feel of the footbed. I had read several different reviews about how they fit, a size small. a size large, etc. so I was a little apprehensive about buying online. I went by a local store and tried on a pair and they did run small on me. I normally wear a 9 1/2 but a 10 was a perfect fit in the Keen. I crossed my fingers and ordered the 10 online and it is perfect. So for me, they run about 1/2 a size small. Id buy these again in a heartbeat! Just an update - After wearing them all summer and doing a lot walking - I still love them. The only situation I didnt think they worked well was at the beach in the sand. The closed toe collects sand quickly and it never really clears until you remove the sandal. At the beach I switched to flipflops. As the summer was ending they started smelling a little funky but hot water and dishwashing soap cleared it right up.
