I really like these boots, they look stylish and are good quality. I normally wear a size 10.5 shoe but these boots run a tad bit big; I ordered a 10.5 and they were too big so I exchanged them for 10s. After wearing the 10s for about a month now I think going down to 9.5 would be a better size for me. They still fit pretty well and are comfortable but fair warning you should probably get a full size down or try a pair of these on at a local shoe store (Famous Footwear has them).

Ive been wearing these boots almost every day for the entire winter, and so far theyve been great. I wear an 11 and I ordered an 11, so they sent me an 11 with a perfect fit. These boots feel great to wear, although Ill admit that I havent worn super high-end boots or shoes before. The laces lace up tight, so youll have to lace and unlace them every time you wear them (which makes sense given that theyre... boots). The soles also have a very supportive and great shape, and are comfortable to wear for an entire day. Theyre great in the snow and cold, since although theyre not made for snow, they still provide a lot of traction and warmth. I wear them in the rain (theyre fully waterproof) and in cooler weather, but sometimes Ill wear them in normal weather up to 65°F just because I feel like wearing cozy brown shoes. I would recommend not wearing them in blatantly hot weather though, or else your feet will be pretty hot. Since they are leather (fairly soft leather at that), they do scuff up a bit, but the scuffs come out pretty easily with a little bit of polishing. As for looks, I feel that they fit perfectly in between more formal (work) boots and more casual (daily wear) boots, so theyre pretty flexible and easy to pair with an outfit. I wouldnt wear them to a business event, necessarily, but its pretty easy to wear them for any other occasion.

First of, I purchased these as a casual shoe for social outings and when a tennis shoe etc are really not appropriate. They look great with jeans or casual dress pants. They were a little stiff out of the box, but after an outing to dinner and walking the dog through the neighborhood, they have loosened up nicely. I look forward to a lot more wear. If your looking for a pair of work boots to wear in the mud and crap, these are not them. For a casual boot that feels and looks nice these are a great choice, and Rockport is a proven brand

Pros: Look good, keep feet semi-warm, good ankle support, water proof/resistant Cons: After 4 months the tread is starting to wear down. The sole is a cheap plastic that is starting to show all the scuffs and scraps. Conclusion: I expected a solid boot I could wear for some home projects, but what I got were boots that were more fashionable than functional. They look great, but dont expect to put them to work of they will wear out. They dont breath all that much, but that is as to be expected with the water proofing/resistance.

These are my go-to winter boots. I have them in brown and black. They have a good tread pattern on the sole and they are comfortable right out of the box. The leather has also held up well on the previous pair I bought. They can be work with jeans or khakis and look great. I did replace the flimsy insoles with Superfeet Blue insoles however. Take that into consideration when sizing them. I wear an 11 in most shoes and even with the aftermarket insoles an 11 fit perfectly in this boot with enough room for thicker wool socks to be worn.
