If the old woman had had one of these, she wouldve been able to have 2 or 3 more children. For some reason shoe makers now assume that "long" means "wide." Although these are a 13M, my foot wobbled back and forth and up and down so much inside that I can only imagine in horror the blisters that would develop. These are not "medium" width. So Im guessing these were a misprint and instead of M they meant to flip that over to W. Returning.

They are stiffer than I expected them to be. I ordered the Skecher brand because of the typical comfort they offer. This pair is not nearly as comfortable as the other pairs of Skecher shoe I have purchased. They do appear to be made with quality materials and the sizing was as expected. Not too big or too small.

Boots are well built and comfortable, especially for the price, but they slip on the heel and gap a bit, even on big fat feet. I normally wear a 12, but these are sized oddly in that they fit in the length but the extra give through the foot makes them slip on the heel. If they dont fit me I cant imagine most people would have a good fit with these boots. That said, they are nicely cushioned and light--good for summer hiking, which is why they were purchased. Unfortunately I wore them in wetlands before I realized the fit was off, or I would have returned them.

They look great, feel good,and are nice and warm. However, after 3 weeks of wearing them to work they are already falling apart.

I gave this a low rating to get your attention. I purchased these boots Dec 19, 2017. They fit true size and are very comfortable. They are warm in cold weather and waterproof. They look good. So why the bad rating? The laces break easily. I had them for about 6 weeks when the first lace broke on the right boot. A week later, a lace broke on the left boot. It appears the unique metal eyelets are cutting the laces. I purchase Heavy Duty Kevlar Reinforced Boot Laces Shoelaces and the lasted about 8 weeks. Either I got a bad set of shoes, or there is something fundamentally wrong with the design. I have emailed skechers about this issue and am waiting to hear back from them. While I love the boots, having to purchase new laces every few weeks defeats their purpose. Maybe I just got a lemon pair. Hopefully Skechers will do the right thing and exchange the boots.
