During my husbands 38 year electrical journeyman career he has never had a more perfect pair of boots. He said these are the best work boots he has ever had! Comfortable,lightweight,attractive for long days commuting to NYC, walking and working. I ordered two more pairs so that if this style and color is discontinued he will still be able to wear them! We project that the pair he has been wearing and the two additional pairs will take him into retirement with warm, dry, comfortable feet!

Sketcher Chuka "boots" are great. They are comfortable and waterproof. And design is terrific.

These boots are great I usually dont write reviews they have help up great so far very comfortable for the Boston winter weather with snow ice and salt,so worth it and great priceI would deffantly buy again ,bought my dad a pair he loves them.also Im a 13w I bought a size 14 they fit perfect ,sizes on sketchers are the best the only shoe and boot Ill buy, Update: been using them in snow salt,climbing ladders scaling roofs still are in perfect shape and really comfertable. Update March 5th 2019 - boots still strong and waterproof still holding up went plowing and shoveling this whole winter 1 yr 3 months great boots

After suffering in a pair of Redwings that would refuse to break in and foot trouble worsening, I bought these. I like my sketchers tennis shoes but was not sure how these would hold up to heavy construction sites? I’ve been in them a couple weeks now and my “rigid toe” arthritis seams to be getting better. They are so comfortable that I keep them on when I’m home doing projects outside. Unlike my $250 Redwings that we’re killing my feet and I couldn’t wait to take them off, I live in these shoes. Chores after work, shopping or relaxing, these are great shoes! The best part is that they are $60. So if they were out, I’ll just buy another pair. I looked at all those expensive boots and am so glad I went with these. Comfort equals performance. If your in a fast paced construction career, then you won’t do better. I only wish I would have known about these 20 years ago.

The boots seemed to be fairly well built and fit great. I have worn these boots for 3 weeks excluding weekends and average about 5-6 miles per day walking. The memory foam insoles were a little warm for my liking, but I was ok with that. However, I noticed that now the memory foam insoles are absolutely falling apart. Should have thought about memory foam not really being durable, but very disappointed in quality of insole. I attempted to see if insoles could be removed and they are either glued or stitched to the inner liner and can NOT be removed without destroying the inside of the boot. I am returning these boots and will go back to my Columbia boots that I have worn for years and have only had to replace the insoles (and can) a couple of times. Sorry Skechers, I had high hopes for a better product.
