First of all, I do construction. I’m on my feet all day and I can tell you these are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. For years I’ve been loyal to die hard flat bottom boots. Should these boots last a season, I’ll definitely change to them! They look great and seem very well built. Quality craftsmanship indeed. Very comfortable!

I’m a commercial pipe fitter so I’m in my feet all day walking on concrete. I can tell these boots are low impact because I can feel the extra cushion in my steps. If you are debating on making s change to wedge sole boots, it’s definitely worth it. The only negative thing I can say is that I am use to wearing steel toe boots. This is the first pair I’ve worn that aren’t a steel toe. I ordered the same size (12W) but these are a little larger. I have a little bit too much room but I threw in some arch supports and the are fine now. Gonna try a size smaller next time. I will definitely be purchasing these boots again. They look good too so that’s another plus

I waited a while to review this item. And Im as satisfied with these boots as the day I first put them on. Im on my feet 10 hours a day, and I never think about foot discomfort. These boots are so comfortable, Im really impressed with Timberland. Theyre good looking boots and someone has complimented them or asked about them at least a dozen times (not that it should matter). Besides feeling like pillows on your feet, these boots are really quiet. On hard surfaces, I literally can not hear my footsteps. These boots are GOLDEN!

Great boot. Pros: Actually waterproof. comfortable out of the box. I bought these and wore them for a week straight on a log work trip. They did really well with tons of walking and three or four airport transfers. I slept in them from Seattle to London. Look really sharp. Heel cup on the back is nice. They didnt set of the security alarms at TSA. Your mileage may vary, but im TSA Pre and hate taking off my boots. these didnt alarm when I walked through with them on. Easy to clean, still look good after a day of hard work (concrete, fencepost digging and lumber hauling). Cons: the tread is flat. I get that is by design, but I found them to occasionally be slippery on smooth surfaces like marble or smooth airport walkways. Heavy mud sticks to them and you need to scrape them off. again, this is nit picking. but I found they picked up mud a little faster than my heavy tread style boots. I found them to be a little warm. this is a con for me, but most certainly would be a pro for many users. All in all, a great broke in out of the box boot. Will buy again. My usual boot is the Timberland Pro 6" Titan soft toe, but I needed an actual waterproof winter boot this year. I am not disappointed at all. 4 stars simply because the tread is not quite what I needed.
