I am loving the new Beast 18 after suffering through the disastrous Beast 16. The Beast 18 is comfortable right out of the box, with no tight spots to irritate my foot. The redesigned toe box is larger and I no longer have to limp home with sore toes after a long walk in town. I could not be happier with the changes made in this all purpose running shoe that proves itself everyday on city streets. I can now throw out my NB 860v8 knowing I finally have the perfect shoe for my foot in size 13EE. Thank you Brooks.

Ive done 2 runs a 5k and a 10k with this Beast 18s and Im immediately feeling a positive improvement from the New Balance m940 v3 that I was using before. I switched to the new balance shoe because I wasnt happy with the Beast 16 fit. I was a fan of the Beast 14 and its good to see the Brooks Beast return to its former glory with this new Brooks Beast 18. I kind of wish it stung a little less in the wallet but if this is what it takes to protect me from the wear on my knees, shins and ankles from pounding the pavement, so be it.

Amazing improvement over the Brooks Beast 16. Not only does it fit better with a generous toe box, but it has many quality improvements in materials and cushioning.

Best motion control shoe out there. Heavenly cushioned. You really need these if you have sever pronation.

First off let me start by saying go a half size up Ive worn an 11 1/2 Never a 12 But with Brooks l wear a 12 so with that out of the way..These shoes are crazy good Im not just saying that..I have a job were l work 12 hours a day 7 days a week and Ive wore Asics for years...They use to be great shoes l though my age and work was catching up to me my feet were hurting about 2 hours into my day my left knee would get a stabbing pain in it several times a day and my legs were constantly tired. Since wearing the Brooks beast my feet pain is pretty much completely gone and l havent once had my knee pain while wearing them.l didnt think shoes made that big of a difference trust me they do Brooks are my first support shoe l have ever purchased and the last shoe l will purchase as long as they continue to make the Beast Im buying..Also l have wide feet l have a hard time finding a shoe thats exactly wide enough l were a 4e this is the first time in years my toes arent being pushed together...l cant say enough good things about these shoes ... since purchasing these my friend and father have both gotten a pair...l know the price seems high..But there well worth every penny!!
