I love these sneakers. They look better in person than in the photo. The color is vibrant. The material is nylon and suede. In the picture the nylon looks like canvas or even denim (it is not). If you like that vintage Nike look these are the ones for you. The only glitch I had was that I ordered them in my size (9) and they were extremely tight. I returned them for a 10 and theyre great. I probably couldve gotten away with a 9 1/2 but i have no complaints about the 10s. They are extremely comfortable. Im considering getting them in other colors. I like to wear classics like Levis and Ray Bans. These suit me perfectly. Dear Nike - please bring back the Roadrunners!

I cant tell you how many pairs of Nike Cortez shoes my husband has owned for the past 10+ years! Theyre nice and clean looking, simple yet stylish. Fits true to size.

This is the 2nd pair of these we have purchased in the past 6 months due to my son outgrowing the first pair. We likes them for school and wears them on a regular basis. They have held up well against an 11 year old. I also like that they arent mesh and his feet dont get wet when he is camping for Boy Scouts or out at recess. We will probably purchase more of these in the future, and have already purchased a pink pair for our daughter.

These are nice shoes for the price, Ive found out though when purchasing these you should order one half size larger than what you wear. I wear a size 9 and a few years ago I bought a pair in that size and they are to tight, but 9 and a half fit just right. Anyways I really like these, they are like the ones I wore 25 years ago!

While I stated that it doesnt provide good arch support, I would like people to know that I have very high arches in my feet. This is something that can be accommodated with inserts, however, so I still highly recommend this shoe. It is basic in color allowing you to match it with a multitude of outfits. Its understated (besides the large white swoosh) so I find I can get away with them about the same way I would be able to wear suede shoes (such as business casual slanted towards casual leanings). Anyway, I find them a very reliable everyday shoe due to being its neutrality and its ease of cleaning due to the upper material. The midsole is a bit tougher to clean, but not too bad if you keep up with them.
