My husband returned this shoe for one reason: the toe sticks out more than an inch further than usual for the shoe size. The shoe felt like it was the correct size and fit, with admirable cushioning. It was attractive and comfortable. However the extra length extending from the toe seemed so bizarre and awkward to him that he chose to do a return. He felt that moving to a smaller size might not fit correctly. If extra length at the toe does not bother you, this is quite a nice shoe.

I suggest you go with a half size larger than you normally wear. All my Bass dress shoes are a size 11. I went ahead and bought these Clarks in a size 11 and 11.5 knowing I could try them both and return the other. The shoe is somewhat narrow at the toes so 11 was too tight but 11.5 fit just fine. The toe sticks out a little more because of it, but I have not found it at all uncomfortable or sloppy like you would when you wear shoes that are too large for you.

With many other dress shoes, namely Bostonians, my feet ache after a full day of wear. With these, it feels almost as if my eyes were closed this entire time. These shoes feel amazing after a days wear, and I almost forgot they were on. I have gotten many compliments for the wonderful looks of these shoes, and I even decided to purchase a pair in black. Both pairs are durable and look amazing. Would recommend.

These dress shoes are awesome. Ive gotten plenty of complements on them at work (Im a teller). Im constantly walking throughout the day and they feel great. They fit me just fine and I broke them in after a day of use. The insole is very well padded and worked well despite me being very flat footed. The leather top helps it breathe well so no foot odor problems so far. They also slip on fairly easily so thats bonus points for ease of access!

I’ve had these for about a week now and have worn them about four times. They fit true to size and are pretty comfortable. The heel is not wood, but instead maybe a neoprene or other synthetic rubber, and adds a little more cushion. The leather is soft and broke in within a few hours. There is a small spandex type panel that runs parallel to the eyelets that makes the shoes more pliable. Overall a comfortable dress shoe.
