Cole Haan Men's Zerogrand Wing Oxford

I own two other pair of Cole Haan shoes, boat shoes and chukkas. I really like their GrandOS (Lunargrand, OriginalGrand, ZeroGrand, etc) line of shoes. They offer classic shoes with a modern twist. This is my first pair of their GrandOS wingtip shoes. I have used Cole Haan "TrueFit" for sizing through their website and also Amazons fitguide. Cole Haan recommended a 10.5W. Amazon recommended a 10.5 regular. Amazon had no width widths available so I chose the regular 10.5 (I wear 10.5 regular in both other Cole Haan shoes I own) The shoes are beautiful, but they are pretty narrow in the ball of your foot. The ZeroGrand line of shoes must run narrow compared to other Cole Haan. If you have medium or larger width feet I would suggest going up a size if wide widths are not available.

All in all this is a good shoe. Extremely comfortable and looks good from 5 feet. When you get up close and start looking at the details there are some disappointments. First the thickness of the leather is extremely thin. I suspect that in time the shoe will show wear and tear faster. Second the finishes are purely aesthetic. For example on a real oxford you have panels of leather. This shoe has line drawings in the leather to create the appearance of an Oxford style shoe. Be aware at over $100, you’re paying for the name of the shoe.

These are my new favorite brown shoes. The zero grand sole is comfortable from day one. My wife loves them and I always get complements when I wear them. I was worried that the sole would look too futuristic but thats not the case. Besides I could care less since they are mad comfortable. Definitely an all day shoe. I will be buying another pair in a different color. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a stylish all day shoe. I got shes a half size smaller because they run a little big.

I’ve wanted a pair of these for a while. I finally plucked up the money to afford them. They are worth it. They probably won’t get worn with my more formal suits. But with summer suits and shirts and trousers work attire these definitely add a big level of cool. They didn’t run at all. The leather is soft and supple but feels strong and secure. I’ve not needed to clean them yet. And I don’t know what damage the soles will take, therefore I can’t give them the 5th star quite yet. But definitely happy with my purchase.

Cole Hann had those dress shoes a few years ago with the nike air sole which were very comfortable and i wore them almost everyday. These just beat them! Very comfortable and you almost forget your wearing dress shoes! They look great when dressed up and even with a pair of jeans. Great selection of colors too!
