Product came on time and as advertised. The shoes are good quality. They usually last me about 2 years of wear to my office. The length is good. The shoes are too wide! More below. I have worn Rockport 15N for 14 years or so (Margins and some other similar style before that.) I wear a 15N for dress shoes and a 16N for atheltic shoes. I have always liked Rockport and appreciate someone willing to try to do 15N. Years ago, Rockport made the 15N more tight like they should be. Now 15N are too wide/loose.. In cotton dress socks, I tighten the laces all the way (side of the shoes where the eyelets are almost touch. Still I am not held firm. My foot can move some from side to side. They are so loose that I can wear them with heavy weight Smartwool socks.

Good, attractive, comfortable, solid but light shoes. Have been wearing them for 2 years now and they are still going strong. They "broke in" very easily, no real heal chaffing to speak of. I can walk all day in these if needed. Good grip. Handle rain well. After about 9 months, they did start to squeak. Solution: lift up the inner sole, put a generous amount of baking soda (talcum powder would probably also work fine) in there, more it around to get rid of lumps, then put the inner sole back. That should fix it. Two years ago, the price was a good bit less. I hope lower prices return when it is time to buy another pair. 3.5 Year Update: These shoes wore well and comfortably for 3.5 years of daily wear. They wore so well I bought a second pair. This new pair is also very comfortable and has been since Day 1. No heel chafe at all. Good support. Recommended.

Ive had problems finding my size (12 to 12 1/2 wide) in stores and I was getting desperate so I read some reviews and these seem pretty good. I took the plunge and so far they fit very well and feel comfortable. I wear inserts and these shoes took them with no problems at all. I put some polish on them and they shine very nice. Its only been about a month so well see how long they last - so far, so good. If they last a decent amount of time I plan on buying these again.

First of all, I want to say that these are great shoes! Ive bought a pair at least once a year for the past 6 years and have always gotten the "Chocolate" color which is of a dark brown shade. This time however, I wanted a change and saw the "Espresso" which, according to the Amazon pics, are an even DARKER brown suede color. So I was pretty disappointed upon opening the package and finding that they are nothing like the pictures. They are a MUCH lighter shade than whats shown for "Espresso." I am unable to post pictures here that I took of them, but if any of you are familiar with the Pantone Matching System, they match PMS 4655 C. I immediately emailed the shipper of this and they said theyd gladly allow a return...on my "dime" of course. :-/ The reason why they dont get a 5-star is because, as others have said, they do squeak and its kind of embarrassing here in the office when I walk on the laminated floor areas.

Ive had great luck with Rockports in the past and the Margin Oxfords are no exception. I bought these for dress casual wear in the office. They are true to size and quite comfortable right out of the box. After a brief break-in period they are nearly as comfortable as sneakers. They look great too! Update: Ive now had these shoes for 2 1/2 years, wearing them daily for work, and they still feel good and look good. I did just replace the laces which prompted me to look up when I bought the shoes - out of curiosity. They do get scuffed around the toes after a while but a quick shine brings them back. I use the original insoles and they have held up nicely. The soles have some wear but not bad for the mIles Ive put on them. I bumped my rating up to five stars because its rare for me to be able to wear a pair of shoes this long. Add the comfort and understated, classic look and you have a winner. I will definitely look at a second pair if and when I manage to wear this pair out.
