They fit great are very comfortable around the office and light to walk in. I initially gave this product 5 stars but am retracting my stars a bit. I had ordered these shoes as a "back-up" pair to the ones I owned. I started wearing these in July of 2018. Now only a month in the shoe material as ripped at the sole. I am disappointed, especially since I cant return these as they were purchased back in September of 2017. Not sure what happened to this pair. Maybe just a bad batch or something? I still like the shoe for fit and comfort but am a little more wary of the brand.

Labeled "shock absorbing" but there really isnt much that went into these shoes. These are for fashion, not function - wear them around the office, but not for everyday walking around. Theyre very light with no inner padding. This is about as basic a brown shoes as one can get. The sole is a somewhat spongy rubber that does absorb some of the jolt, but it is still a far cry from a true walking/casual shoe. I probably should have gone with the Northfield instead.

These shoes fit a little loose on the whole foot for my size. Due to the nature of the lacing, you cannot tighten past a certain point. After a few months of wear (where 80% of the time Im not actually walking), the color towards the toe lightens considerably and there is a VERY noticeable wrinkling of the leather. Its not particular uncomfortable, but the style of the shoe shows a trend: It is not durable, and you will need to replace these often if you intend on looking professional.

Went from a broken down pair of redwings to these and expected them to be uncomfortable as a work shoe walking around on hard concrete in a lumber yard. Ended up getting rid of all the pain I had in my feet from the older shoes and helping my posture to boot! Very happy with this purchase.

I really like these classy blue suede shoes; they really dress-up blue jeans, and are upscale enough to work well with with navy blue or gray business attire. The natural leather suede has deep nap which is easily cleaned with stiff bristle suede brush. Ive recently bought some made-in-China Rockport suede shoes that nap was far too thin. Whatever treatment performed during manufacture stretched and molded the leather to extent that resultant shoes retained heat & moisture, and the thin nap was extremely difficult to just quickly brush clean, instead they had to actually be washed. But these made-in-India Rockport suede shoes are all-day comfortable, because the soft leather top breathes well. The gray composite sole has flexibility for comfort, and is a good color match for the upper blue suede. However, composite soles simply do not breathe as well as leather soles, which have their own drawbacks; they not as flexible, and leather soles absorb water when walking on wet surfaces. On balance, these shoes were an ideal choice for me.
