These shoes are great. This is the fifth pair I’ve purchased. The first four were easily resoled three times apiece. I got my first pair on the recommendation of an older shoe salesman in a up-scale department store – they were the shoe he was wearing when I asked his recommendation – he said he was on his feet eight hours a day and that while he could have sold me more expensive shoes, he knew that as an elementary school teacher I was on my feet as much as he was and that these were the shoes to get. As soon as I get them, I have heel and toe plates put on, remove the laces, polish/wax them extensively with Kiwi, and put 30” Cordo-Hyde waxed laces on them. I also identical pairs them in cordovan and brown. Can you tell that I like them? ;-)

I have been wearing these Rockports every Sunday for the last six months. I purchased them because they have a reputation of being very durable and of high quality. Time will tell if this holds true. So far I have been pleased with their comfort and durability. They have fit as expected (size 11). Everybody has a different preference of style. In my opinion the aesthetics of this shoe are good, but not great. It has a safe style that you cant really go wrong with, but is fairly vanilla. It should be noted that this shoe is VERY LIGHTWEIGHT. I will update if I have any further to add in the future. So far, so good.

Great shoes and someone how I got them when they were marked way down around 24 for the pair. I just keep alerts set now for when they drop in price to pick up another pair. Very light weight but very supportive. Im 63" 350 and I have no foot pain after being in these shoes all day on my feet.

Im on my feet all day in retail furniture sales. These are my favorite shoes ! The soft leather on top is not too stiff and does not cause any callouses or other issues. The shoes are nice and lightweight and look awesome. I do use an insole from New Balance inside the shoe but only because I really need strong arch support. These shoes also do not cause my feet to sweat, keeping my shoes odor-free. I love these shoes! I definitely recommend these to anyone on their feet for long periods of time.

Its always tricky buying shoes on-line, and I was pleased to discover that these were exactly true to size, and very comfortable, even on first wear! The shoes and material are very lightweight, which I guess is good if you want a lightweight or insubstantial shoe. I cant see them lasting very long, however- they really feel flimsy.
