Returns & Exchanges

Context: A balanced policy. Strict on condition (to avoid losses), but fair on timeframes for international buyers.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
1. OUR RETURN PHILOSOPHY We want you to be completely satisfied with your 6PM purchase. If the fit isn't right or the style doesn't suit you, we accept returns for a refund within 45 days of the original purchase date.


2. RETURN CONDITIONS To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following criteria:

  • New & Unworn: Items must be in new, unworn condition with no signs of washing, wear, or damage.
  • Original Tags: All manufacturer tags (hangtags) must be attached.
  • Footwear: Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box. Do not tape labels directly onto the shoe box, as this makes the item unsellable.
  • Hygiene: Swimwear and intimate apparel must have the original hygiene liner intact.


3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards.
  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.


4. USA RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Visit our Returns Center on the website.
  2. Enter your Order ID and Email.
  3. Print the prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
  5. Note: A flat fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for the use of the prepaid label.


5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Complete the Return Form included in your package.
  2. Pack your items securely.
  3. Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method (e.g., local post with tracking, DHL, FedEx) to our US Returns Facility address listed on the form.
  4. Important: Mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid being charged export duties. 6PM is not responsible for lost international returns.


6. REFUNDS Once received, returns are inspected within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
  • Original shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.


7. EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges due to high stock turnover. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order immediately. This ensures you secure the item before it sells out.
