Returns & Exchanges

1. OUR "PERFECT MATCH" GUARANTEE We want you to love your LAMODA look. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS To ensure a full refund, items must be returned in "shop floor" condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of makeup, deodorant stains, pet hair, and odors.
  • Tags Attached: All original LAMODA and brand tags must be attached and intact.
  • Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed inside a secondary shipping box. Damaged shoe boxes (taped or written on) are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
  • Accessories: Belts, jewelry, and sunglasses must be returned with their original pouches and protective packaging.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following are Final Sale:

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken or missing).
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry.
  • Beauty and cosmetic products (if opened).
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

4. HOW TO RETURN

  • US Customers: Visit our online Returns Portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. A flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • International Customers: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and retain your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
    • Return Address: LAMODA Returns Dept, [Insert Warehouse Address], USA.
    • Customs Note: Please mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS - NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" to avoid double taxation.

5. REFUND TIMELINE Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 additional days to appear on your statement.

6. NO EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This is the fastest way to secure the item you want!
