Returns & Exchanges (Return Policy)

1. OUR SATISFACTION PROMISE At Walmart Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in "shelf-ready" condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of stains, makeup, pet hair, and odors.
  • Tags Intact: Original manufacturer tags and Walmart Fashion security tags must be attached.
  • Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping carton to prevent damage.
  • Accessories: Handbags, belts, and sunglasses must be returned with all original dust bags and cases.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS For health and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, shapewear) if opened.
  • Swimwear (if the hygiene liner is missing or damaged).
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry.
  • Face masks.

4. DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA) We make returns easy for our US customers:

  1. Log in to your account or visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Print your pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Drop the package at any FedEx or USPS location.
  4. Cost: Returns are FREE for US customers using our pre-paid label.

5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Pack your items securely. Include your Packing Slip inside.
  2. Ship the package using a trackable service (DHL, UPS, Local Post) to our Returns Center:

  3. Customs Declaration: You must mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" with a value of $1 USD to avoid export duties.

6. REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of arrival at our NJ facility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
  • Note: Original shipping charges and international customs duties are non-refundable.
