Shipping & Payment Policy
1. General Shipping Information
We are proud to ship our fashion collections from our main warehouse in New York, USA, to over 200 countries and regions worldwide. We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and US national holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your package.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
For our customers within the United States, we offer the following options via USPS, UPS, or FedEx:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery in 3–5 business days. Free for orders over $50.00.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2 business days. Calculated at checkout based on weight.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST).
3. International Shipping
We want the world to wear ASOS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International.
- Delivery Estimates: International shipments typically arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance speed.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Please note that our product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, local taxes, or VAT.
- The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ASOS has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
- If a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and the cost of returning the package to us will be deducted from your refund.
4. Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout experience:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna and Afterpay (available for eligible residents in the US, UK, and select EU countries).
- All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars). If your credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website.
5. Order Verification
To protect our customers, some orders may be subject to a manual review. If we need to verify your identity or shipping address, we will contact you via email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
