1. DELIVERY PHILOSOPHY At LAMODA, we believe fashion shouldn't be kept waiting. We ship from our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers in New Jersey and California, ensuring coverage across all US time zones and rapid dispatch to our international customers in over 180 countries.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Turnaround Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and US federal holidays).
  • High Volume Periods: During major sales events (Black Friday, End of Season Sale) or product drops, processing may take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience.
  • Order Tracking: Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA) We offer flexible options for our US-based customers:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5–7 business days. Complimentary on all orders over $75.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 2–3 business days. Pricing is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Next-Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day for orders placed before 1:00 PM EST.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We bring LAMODA style to the world via DHL Express and FedEx International Priority.

  • Delivery Estimates: Most international shipments arrive within 4–10 business days, barring customs delays.
  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to international PO Boxes. A valid physical street address and phone number are required for all international orders.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (PLEASE READ) For all orders shipped outside the United States:

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): We ship on a DDU basis. The prices displayed on our site exclude any taxes, duties, import fees, or VAT.
  • Your Responsibility: As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  • Refusals: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any penalty fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
