Context: This policy is strict regarding international customs (DDU) to protect you from unexpected costs, which is standard for US exporters.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
1. GLOBAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW At 6PM, we are committed to bringing the best of US fashion to your doorstep, wherever you are. We ship from our distribution centers located in Kentucky and Nevada, USA, to over 190 countries worldwide.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Tracking: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
3. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA) For our customers within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), we offer:
- Standard Ground: 4–7 business days. (Free on orders over $100).
- Expedited 2-Day: Delivery by end of the second business day.
- Next Day Air: Delivery by end of the next business day (Order must be placed before 12 PM EST).
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We partner with premium carriers (DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide) to ensure fast and secure delivery.
- Estimated Delivery: Generally 7–14 business days, depending on your local customs clearance procedures.
- PO Boxes: We generally cannot ship to international PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address and a valid phone number.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (IMPORTANT) Please read this section carefully regarding International Orders:
- Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): 6PM ships all international packages on a DDU basis. This means product prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any taxes, import duties, or VAT applicable in your country.
- Recipient Responsibility: As the recipient, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for paying all import fees and local taxes directly to the carrier or your local customs office upon delivery.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, any return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
6. PAYMENT METHODS We accept a variety of secure payment options:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB.
- Digital Payments: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Currency: All transactions are settled in US Dollars ($ USD). Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is in a different currency.
