1. AUTHENTICITY PROMISE 6PM guarantees that all products sold on our platform are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized brand distributors or manufacturers. We do not sell fakes, counterfeits, or factory seconds unless explicitly stated.

2. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE POLICY While we inspect items before shipment, manufacturing slips can happen.

What is covered: Broken zippers, missing buttons, open seams, leather peeling, or mismatched pairs upon arrival.

Reporting Period: You must report a defect within 5 days of delivery.

Resolution: If an item is deemed defective, 6PM will cover the cost of the return shipping and provide a full refund or a free replacement.

How to report: Email our support team with your Order ID and clear photos of the defect.

3. FOOTWEAR & APPAREL "SERVICE LIFE" We stand behind the quality of our goods, but fashion items are not indestructible.

30-Day Guarantee: We cover manufacturing faults that appear within the first 30 days of normal use.

Exclusions: We do not cover damage caused by accidents (tears, spills), improper care (washing mistakes), or normal wear and tear (scuffed toes, worn-down heels) that occurs after extended use.

4. REPAIR SERVICES 6PM does not offer in-house repair services. However, for high-end leather goods and footwear, we recommend consulting a professional cobbler or leather specialist in your local area to extend the life of your product.
