1. The ASOS Quality Standard
At ASOS, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. While our products do not carry a traditional "warranty" like electronics, we guarantee that our merchandise is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
2. Manufacturing Defects
We define a manufacturing defect as a flaw in the construction or material of the item that affects its appearance or utility. This includes:
- Broken zippers or buttons upon arrival.
- Open seams or stitching errors.
- Misaligned prints or obvious fabric flaws.
- Broken clasps on jewelry or accessories.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
3. What is NOT Covered
- Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear over time (e.g., heel tips wearing down, denim fading).
- Accidental damage (e.g., snagging a sweater, spilling liquids).
- Improper care (e.g., machine washing a dry-clean-only item, heat damage).
- Alterations or modifications made by a third party (tailoring).
4. Footwear Service
Life Shoes are designed to withstand normal walking conditions. We consider the "reasonable service life" for detecting manufacturing faults to be 90 days from the date of purchase. Issues such as sole separation or leather cracking reported within this period will be reviewed for potential replacement.
