Elastic waistband looks deceptively tiny (bought a M, Im 51 and 125lbs) but fits quite comfortably. Im very short and wide-hipped and the vertical stripes really help create a longer frame! They do have pockets but these sit quite low, theyre probably good for holding a couple of things but not something as heavy as a phone. Love them! great price

I always see negative reviews and decide to buy the product anyways and they usually turn out to my expectations. These shorts on the other hand........ NO. The waist fit perfect BUT, the length! Omg, it looked as if I was wearing basketball shorts. I am 55 and 120 lbs and these are just awful. They are also see through and very thin and cheaply made. BUYERS BEWARE.

I was very wary to order high waisted shorts online as im 510 and havent had much luck with shorts/pants actual going to my waist and then also being long enough. But these were perfect!! Im 510 165 lbs and a large probably wouldve fit, but since they came with a belt, i wanted to be safe and order them a little larger. The length is great and I definitely dont feel like my butt is hanging out. Going to order in more colors!

I love these high waisted shorts. It’s a thin fabric so it keeps it cool and it’s super comfortable knowing it’s high waisted as well. Great purchase.

I ordered to pairs of these; ones with navy with white stripes and the army greens ones. Ordered a medium in the navy, and ordered a large in the army green for the reason of them being high rise and me being stocky in my lower half. They were delivered quickly, and when I got them in they fit great. Other than the navy ones being a medium, were a little bigger looking when on, but both fairs fit great! So order a size up than you usually are for a comfortable fit!
