I originally bought these to wear on my head while Im sleeping to protect my hair from my pillow case. I cant say these do that job very well because they kind of slide right off, but Im still figuring out different ways to tie them to make them more sturdy around my hair. Other than that theyre very nice looking and even my boyfriend so they look nice and he rarely notices that kind of thing. They have no stretch more elastic so when pulling them tightly around your head there might be a little bit of stretching or slight warping of the fabric. I dont plan to wear them outside of the house so Im not too worried about that. Also I washed and dried them a few times and there is no pilling or fuzzing as of yet.

Im not sure what to say because I bought them for protecting my hair at night, but they slide around a ton. However... they ... probably have to if theyre going to protect the hair. I tried all sorts of different tying methods but ended up with it either falling off or a headache. So theyre soft, beautiful squares, but if youre buying them for the reason I did... keep that in mind?

I’m changing my review. These are beautiful and big but I bought it to stay on my head and they don’t . No matter how I tie them.they slip off and I’m tired of fooling with them. Sending them back.

I am a natural haired, black, woman. I have a long satin scarf and a small polyester bandana. For my hair, the satin worked best, but the bandana was always too small, and FINALLY I find the perfect product. Im not buying durags, or any other hair shielding products anymore. This large satin scarf/ bandana is the best for me!!! Im gonna buy some for my mother who is wanting to take more care of her natural hair as well.
